David Beckham turns actor for Belstaff short film

David Beckham turns actor for Belstaff short film

It’s no secret that David Beckham loves his motorbikes. Last year the retired footballer and three of his closet friends travelled through the Brazilian Amazon on them, the first time in his adult life that Beckham had the freedom to do and go pretty much wherever he wanted.
His partnership with Belstaff, a renowned motorcycle clothing brand, was only natural then.

The ludicrously handsome 40-year-old has already appeared in campaigns for the label and designed a collection for them – and now he’s taking a stab at acting for them in a short film named Outlaws.

He stars alongside Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Keitel and up-and-coming British actress Katherine Waterson (soon to be seen in Danny Boyle and Aaron Sorkin's Steve Jobs and JK Rowling'sFantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) as ‘The Stranger’, a mysterious drifter and motorcycle stuntman, haunted by memories of a beautiful Trapeze Artist and hunted by a maniacal director seeking revenge.

It was shot on location in Mexico and Liv Tyler, actress and fiancee of Beckham's best friend Dave Gardner, acted as executive producer.
