The Canadian popstar had the all-star crowd at the Microsoft Theater on their feet tonight (August 30), as he debuted new single 'What Do You Mean?'.
Dressed casually and clearly overcome with emotion, Bieber briefly teased his and Jack Ü's track 'Where Are Ü Now' before transitioning into his comeback single.
Bieber's MTV VMAs appearance comes just two days after he officially unveiled 'What Do You Mean?' to his 67 million Twitter followers.
The popstar called on 30 major celebrities to countdown the days until ''What Do You Mean?' had its premiere on Friday (August 28).
Expect more from Bieber this autumn when his fourth studio album drops on November 13.
