Foals are future Reading and Leeds headliners, says event organiser
Foals could be topping the Reading and Leeds bill in the near future, after festival organiser Melvin Benn revealed he wants the band to headline.
Benn spoke about the "amazing" Oxford five-piece in an interview with the NME, declaring his long-term admiration of the band.

"I've made no secret of the fact that I want Foals as headliners," he said.
He added: "Will it be next year? or the year after?
"There's no decisions on that, no discussions on it. Foals are an amazing band and they will be a future headliner."
Benn also revealed that one headline act is already booked for the 2016 festival, but it is not Foals.

The band also recently spoke about Tyler, The Creator's UK ban, saying that therapper's exclusion from Britain highlights "stupid" government bureaucracy.
