Beyoncé has become the third black woman in history to grace the cover of Vogue's highly-coveted September issue.
The 34-year-old singer wears an elegant lavender, lace gown embellished with floral appliqués, with a sequinned blazer over one shoulder, in the cover image shot by renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino.
She also sports wet, tousled hair, similar to the style she wears in the music video for 'Drunk in Love'.
Vogue's cover line reads: "Just B. Beyonce and the Art of Global Domination."
The fashion bible has also posted videos of the star posing seductively for Testino during the shoot. Other pictures sees her wearing a floor-length gown, and smouldering in a black Stella McCartney off-the-shoulder dress.
This marks the star's third Vogue cover appearance after previously featuring on the front of the fashion publication in April 2009 and March 2013.
