Kirsty Gallacher poses naked for the first time in Women's Health
Kirsty Gallacher has posed naked for the first time, for a special Naked Issue ofWomen's Health.
The Sky Sports presenter said that she has spent the last year getting into shape following her divorce from Paul Sampson, and now has more body confidence.
She told the magazine: "If I was going to rate my body confidence out of ten, I'd say seven.
"This time last year, it would've been much lower, but after a divorce and juggling full-time work with two kids, I made the decision to start channelling my energy into positive things, and that includes getting into shape."
She is joined in the special issue by model Chrissy Teigen, swimmer Fran Halsall, modern pentathlete Samantha Murray, hammer thrower Sophie Hitchon and reality star Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Teigen, 29, said that she has now reached the age where she has to exercise if she wants to keep up the lifestyle she enjoys.
"I used to take pride in the fact I didn't have to work out, and then I hit that age where you have to. I want to drink champagne and have hearty dinners, so I would rather work out for an hour and be able to do what I want," she explained.
The full interview appears in the September Naked Issue of Women's Health, on sale Thursday (July 30). The magazine is also available in digital edition on Apple Newsstand.
